The kids have been so cute about the pregnancy. They are really excited to be getting a little brother and already talk about "Baby Asher" all the time.
We'd be sitting on the couch and Grace would say, "There are three people on the couch--You, Me, and Baby Ashuh."
Although I tried to let them know when Asher was kicking so they could feel him, Grace was the only one who actually did feel him kick. What is it about babies that as soon as someone tries to feel them kick they stop? I guess Olivia and Isaac will have to wait until June.

That is such a sweet photo. You seem to be engrossed in that book - were you reading to yourself or to them?
ReplyDeleteI was actually reading to myself. :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch a great picture!
ReplyDeleteIt was so fun to see you and baby "Ashuh" :) I love how you look completely absorbed in that book while all those little hands are on your tummy.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing pic! That's great. And I know what you mean about baby not kicking on demand.
ReplyDeleteVery Sweet! And just imagine what a big help all those little hands will be when baby Asher comes.
ReplyDeleteAh... I had the other problem, babies who would not stop kicking. Apparently Buttercup and Fiona are destined to be quite the soccer players!
ReplyDeleteThat is cute. I agree, the kicking always stops once someone wants to feel it.
