Plant Based Eating
We eat a mostly plant based whole foods diet. Basically this translates to mean we eat a mostly vegan diet. Dairy and meat, etc are occasional splurges and not part of our regular diet. I have written several posts on this topic which are listed below. I am not a food blogger and don't have plans to become one but I do have ambitions to post recipes here more regularly. We'll see how that goes!
