Saturday morning I did the other pregnancy workout DVD I recently purchased. Great workout, fun instructor, excellent production values. Many squats and two days later, I am one sore mama-to-be. It had been WAY too long since my legs had done that kind of work. There are muscles I apparently forgot I had. Now every time I sit down or stand up or, you know, walk, I feel like an old woman. Oh the burn! Fortunately I know it gets better and easier. So don't worry, I'll be back at it..... tomorrow. Today I'm doing yoga.
