molly and kids

I had a rather busy weekend, photographically speaking. I'm still going through photos from our hike yesterday, but I wanted to get these posted. Friday my wonderful friend Molly let me take some photos of her beautiful blue-eyed children. Ella was quite the model for me. Asher (Her son is named Asher too. She has good taste.) on the other hand did not want to stay still long enough to pose. And we couldn't really get them to sit still together. But it was still really fun! Molly is about to have her third baby any day now. I can't wait to take some photos of that little one too!

PS... If there is anyone else around these parts who wants to let me practice on their kiddos, let me know.

  2. Are you going to do photography professionally? Your pictures look great. The colors really pop out. Is that because of your camera, or do you edit them afterwards?

  3. Jenny, photography is my dream job, but I still feel like I have so much to learn and need to get better. Having a good camera does help lots with getting good color and clarity. But I also edit afterwards to make everything pop a bit more. Upping the contrast on your photos makes the biggest difference.
